How to Add Focus Cell to Quick Access Bar?

Welcome to our Excel trainings. Let’s do a very simple operation in Microsoft Excel, and a very useful operation at the same time.

As you know, the focal feature has come to the View menu in Excel 365. When you click on a cell, the cells you click on are automatically colored. We can also change its color from here if we want.

Now, let’s add the focal button to the Quick Access Toolbar and make it more practical and usable. All you need to do is right-click on the focal button, and when you select “Add to Quick Access Toolbar,” this button is added here.

You can click and activate it from here whenever you want. You can also remove it directly from here whenever you want.

Thanks to the button we added, Focal will be activated when you press the button directly, no matter which tab you are on—whether it is the Home tab, Insert tab, or Page Layout tab.

Similarly, when you click again, it will be disabled. In this way, you can add the buttons you use frequently in the menus to the top by pressing the right button and selecting the “Add to Quick Access Toolbar” option.
